Fulfillment Timelines: Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday, or over the weekend, will ship out the following business day.

Shipping Timelines: While we ensure your order is carefully packaged and shipped on time, delivery windows vary by destination. R&W is not responsible for unexpected transit delays.

DOMESTIC

Shipping Options:

UPS® Ground: 3 to 5 business days. Flat rate of $10.00, or free on all domestic orders of $195.00 or more (automatically applied at checkout).

UPS 2nd Day Air®: 2 business days. Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on order destination and weight.

UPS Next Day Air®: Overnight delivery. Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on order destination and weight.

Free Size Exchanges: We’re happy to offer free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, pending availability. If you need help finding the right fit, email us at contact@rowandwhit.com.

Store Credit Returns: Returns are accepted for store credit within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in unworn and unwashed condition, free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage.

Final Sale: Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
