At this time, Row & Whit does not offer returns.

We’re happy to offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, pending availability. If you need help finding the right fit, email us at contact@rowandwhit.com.

All other purchases are considered final sale.

INTERNATIONAL

We are glad to offer international shipping to our community outside the US. Because of International transit constraints and custom limitations, all international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please keep the following guidelines in mind before placing an international order.

Duties & Taxes: All international orders are shipped via DHL Express (Delivered Duty Unpaid). All local import duties, fees, and taxes are not included at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be collected upon arrival. Customers are subject to be billed by DHL prior to delivery.

Refused or Unsuccessful Deliveries: If a package is refused by the recipient or is unsuccessful in delivery, the package may be returned to us or abandoned by the carrier. Any return shipping costs, customs clearance charges, or carrier fees incurred will be deducted from your final refund. 

Shipping Timelines: While we ensure your order is carefully packaged and shipped on time, delivery windows vary by destination. R&W is not responsible for unexpected transit delays caused by local customs processing.
