Morning routines can be intimidating; however, incorporating a few simple habits creates a sense of peace and clarity before the day unfolds. A good day starts with a mindful morning, so here are our founders' non-negotiables.
7:00 – 7:05 | Wake Gently
Ease into the day with a deep stretch, a few grounding breaths, and a simple mantra:
“Today is going to be a great day.”

7:05 – 7:06 | Make Your Bed
Making your bedroom feel like a sanctuary is all in the details. Spending a minute to tidy up your space is step one. Cute bedding is step two.
7:06 – 7:07 | Let the Light In
Open the windows and turn on the lights. Morning light is your body’s natural cue to wake up, syncing your circadian rhythm and gently energizing your system.
7:07 – 7:10 | Red Light Mask + Supplements
While the mask and supplements aren’t a must, they’re a great ritual to invest in your health and your day. A few alternative rituals include meditation, oil pulling, and/or tongue scraping.
7:10 – 7:20 | Skincare, Simplified
Ten minutes doesn’t mean ten steps. Keeping it simple means you’re more likely to be consistent! This is all about taking a moment for you. Starting with a gentle cleanser, followed by a hydrating moisturizer and facial massage, and finishing with sunscreen is our minimalist approach.
7:20 – 7:30 | Lemon Water + Daily Goals
If not hot lemon water, just make it water! A well-hydrated body is a must for optimal energy and smooth digestion. Embrace this last moment of stillness before embarking on your day by putting your priorities in place.
